**How far in advance do I have to book my rental?

We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible. The further in advance you book your bouncer, the greater possibility of booking your first choice.


**What is the minimum or maximum amount of time I can book a bouncer?

We offer "all day" rentals for the same price as a 1/2 day for your convenience. We understand that the party may end for your child's friends...but it won't have to for your friends! We deliver early-pick up late(r)-and allow "sleep overs" for an additional $25 if you need it!

**What is your rain policy?

Due to the electrocution hazards and increased possibility of injuries, our units will not be installed or used in any inclement weather. If the weather is questionable, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and give you that option as well. Once the bouncer is delivered, payment is accepted for the regular rental fees.

**Do I need any special equipment to setup?

We come equipped with all the necessary equipment: extension cords, tarps, etc. The blower(s) run off a standard 110-volt outlet, which must be within 50 feet of where you would like the bounce house or maze setup. We do ask that you have the area where you want the bounce house or maze setup clean of rocks and other sharp objects.

**Can I pick up my bouncer and set it up myself?

No. Our prices are inclusive of delivery, complete setup, and pickup. Installation is provided by our trained professional staff. They will set up the rental in the most professional and safe manner possible - free delivery to the Brandon Area. This also includes: Plant City, Dover, Valrico, Lithia, Seffner, Riverview and Gibsonton. A delivery charge will be added to other areas.


**What kind of surface is needed for the installation of the bouncer?

We prefer to install your bouncer on grass for safety reasons. The area must be as flat as possible with only gradual slopes allowed. Also, we ask that you "please clean up after Fido" in the location!

Bounce-A-Round REQUIRES THAT A RESPONSIBLE ADULT BE IN ATTENDANCE AT ALL TIMES

We walk you through safety rules prior to and after setup of the moonwalk.

Remove shoes prior to entering the moonwalk.

All bouncers must empty their pockets before entering the moonwalk. Bounce A Round is not responsible for articles lost during operation of the moonwalk.

All bouncers must remove eyeglasses, jewelry, and any hard or sharp objects before entering the moonwalk.

Absolutely NO flips, wrestling, or other forms of rough housing are allowed in the moonwalk.

If during operation the wind becomes excessive (25mph), remove all bouncers and deflate the moonwalk.

**Are they safe?

Our bounce houses and slides are constructed and setup to be as safe as possible. An adult should supervise all play. Our bounce houses are covered for weather protection, have netting on all walls to allow for visibility and air circulation and have a ramp for easier entry and exit.


**How many kids can play at once?

The bounce houses can accommodate six to seven children of the same size. Chaperones should limit the number of larger children.
